By using our Appointment System, you are assumed to have agreed with the following terms:
1. You will not abuse our system by attempting to book appointment(s) without an intention to attend.
2. We allow up to 3 account registrations per household (or IP address). If it's inconvience for you, please
feel free to drop by our store to resolve your problems.
3. We reserve the right to revoke your account(s) at any time without a formal notice.
4. We reserve the right to store your usage for security enforcement purposes.
5. Any attempt to abuse our system will be reported to authorities.
